    • Focus: Securing accommodations and simple ground transportation.

    • Hotels: Booking hotels, villas, resorts, with access to my exclusive partner perks, preferred rates, and special VIP amenities.

    • Cruises: Booking cruises (ocean or river) with access to my exclusive partner perks, preferred rates, and VIP amenities.

    • Transfers: Arranging simple, point-to-point airport/station transfers, or rental cars.

    Support: Basic pre-trip assistance.

  • Fee:  Research & Planning Fee Applies (based on your needs, number of people traveling, and trip duration)

    This is the perfect choice for the client who wants an elevated, well-managed trip flow without requiring a minute-by-minute itinerary. I take care of all the logistics and enhance your experience to make it seamless.

    • Hotels & Transfers: Everything included in Trip Essentials.

    • Full Logistics: Planning and helping to book your transportation.

    • Curated Experiences: Researching, vetting, and booking activities, local tours, cultural experiences, and helping with restaurant recommendations/reservations.

    • Coordination: Creating a clear timeline and flow for all bookings to ensure seamless travel.  

    Full Itinerary: Creation of a comprehensive, day-by-day, hour-by-hour digital itinerary accessible on the web or via app.

  • Fee: Research & Planning Fee applies (based on your needs, number of people traveling, and trip duration)

    This is our "white glove" service, providing complete, end-to-end planning. This is for clients who want everything taken care of so you can just show up and enjoy yourself, and is also for complex locations and/or multi-destination journeys. This is truly Above and Beyond.

    This tier includes everything in Curated & Coordinated, PLUS the below.

    • Complex Research: Deep research and planning for multi-country or multi-continent travel.

    • End to End: Creation of a digital itinerary detailing every element of your trip.

    • Global Partnership Network: We leverage our global network of specialized touring partners and local experts to provide trusted logistics and immersive, locally-driven authentic experiences.  

    24/7 Support: Continuous local ground support and troubleshooting while traveling, with local points of contact.
